Well she wrote the Harry Potter Series which have made a lot of people who didn't used to read, read them, every single book in the series has been on the bestseller list. She has also raised a lot of money for charities including setting up her own.

∙ 12y agoThat I suppose is down to your own interpretation, experience and what you've seen. But a few things I know she's done to impact on my life are:
I have a real hobby. Its not like a sport or an activity, but I have something that I couldn't live without.
She's encouraged people to read. Not only the HP series, but other books. Because Harry Potter was something that they read despite feeling as though they couldn't read big books, or understand complex plots, and now that they HAVE read the series, they know that they can read more books that size and understand plots that are just as complex.
