sasukelover21- lady tusande losses the diamond on her forehead while she is fighting pein. i am not sure the entire story, but i am not going to lie and assume that something is true. i think that pein did a certain move that would of killed everyone in the village, but tsunade used her powers to protect the village so everyone wouldn't die. this caused her to loose the diamond on her forehead.
