For singing: sing in your church choir than come knowned in the community for example a theatrical director can come and see you sing and he or she might get you into hit movies or plays.

For dancing: Participate in many dance crews and some day when you preform someone that works for entertainment may see you dance and they may put you into something that makes you a star like Beyonce.

For acting: Be in many plays and such sooner or later you will be famous like crazy
