Saraman kind of cracked, and he lost his color. He claimed to be Saruman of Many Colours, but it was not a true title.
There are a number of unpleasant characters in Lord of the Rings, such as Denethor, Grima Wormtongue, Gollum, orcs, wargs, and the black riders (Nazgul) but the two 'villians' are The Dark Lord Sauron and Saruman the Wizard.
In The Hobbit, the Sackville Bagginses are relatives of Bilbo. He suspects that they obtained a large number of his silver spoons that he was unable to retrieve after the auction. In The Lord of the Rings, they desire to inhabit the famed Bag End. The two most spoken of Sackville-Bagginses are Lobelia and Lotho. Lotho is eventually killed by Grima Wormtongue and Lobelia, although she survives, is stricken with grief.

Gríma Wormtongue was created in 1954.
They would have probably become fast friends, and Wormtongue would have probably helped Gollum steal the ring. Then Gollum would probably have fought with Grima Wormtongue for the ring and Gollum would probably have killed Grima and won, but later die from internal bleeding because of the fight.
Wormtongue plays the role of a manipulative advisor to King Theoden, influencing him negatively and aiding the dark forces in their quest for power.
Brad Dourif played Grima.

Yes he fantasised over her, the agreement with Saruman upon the fall of Rohan was that he would have her.
Yes. In the novel, he is killed right at the end, stabbing Saruman before being shot by Hobbit archers. In the movie adaptation - extended edition only, at the pinnacle of Orthanc he likewise stabs Saruman, before taking a lethal arrow shot from Legolas at ground level.
Yes. Although I'm not sure on the literature part, but in the movies (extended edition) he meets his end. How? When the fellowship meet up at thrashed and flooded region of Isengard and it's tower, Orthanc, Gandalf and the others ask Saruman for Sauron's next move. After Gandalf breaks Saruman's staff, Theoden notices Grima Wormtongue when he comes up from behind Saruman atop the tower and reminds him that he was a man of Rohan, pleading him to come down and be free of Saruman's control. Saruman strikes at Grima, angering him. Just as Saruman agrees to provide the information, Grima takes out his knife and plunges it into Saruman's back. Legolas immediately pulls an arrow and pierces Grima's heart as Saruman plummets to the ground and gets impaled by a spike on a wheel. Hope I helped.
