It's from the movie I Am Sam. Sam says it about Lucy and the woman on trial brings it up in the courtroom.
Well, my personal favorite is...I Am Sam.I Am Sam is a very beloved movie about a Father named Sam (Sean Penn) and his daughter named Lucy (Dakota Fanning). Sam's wife and Lucy's mother Becca, left Sam and Lucy alone on the day of Lucy's birth. Sam is a mentally challenged father that Lucy says is "not like other daddies". But soon, a judge says that Sam has to give up Lucy since Sam would not be able to take care of Lucy during her older age. Sam gets a lawyer named Rita Harrison (Michelle Pfeiffer) who helps Sam through his journey of getting his daughter back. 2 foster parents agree to take Lucy. Randy Carpenter (Laura Dern), the mother foster parent says that she would like to adopt Lucy. Sam does not want Lucy to be taken from him, so he moves closer to Randy's house out of his old apartment. The game ends with Lucy's soccer game with Sam as the referee. She makes a goal and Sam picks her up and runs around with her around the field. The movie is sooooo beloved. In fact, I just got finished watching it 5 times in a row. I swear, you would not regret watching it.
Love Connection.
