She begins as a new student, that just moved from Africa, and during the process of beginning at a new school, she meets a boy and a girl. They want to destroy "The Plastics", the group of snobby students that attend the high school. Throughout the movie, Cady discovers who she really is, and struggles with the issues of drama. She starts out as a nice, simple girl, and becomes the 4th "Plastic" and by the end of the movie, she had found her real self.
