A valid credit card and ZIP code are needed to rent a movie from Redbox. The movie is reserved online through Redbox's website. The movie can then be picked up from a Redbox machine at a location of the customer's choice. The movie is then returned to the Redbox location when the customer is finished watching it.

First, you set up an account on their website (see the Related Link below).

Then you make a list of movies you want to see. This is called your "Queue" ("queue" is another word for a line or a list). Your Queue is stored with your account information. Whenever you sign into Netflix, you click the tab that says "My Queue" and the Queue will be displayed.

You browse through their selection of movies, and when you find one you want to see, you click the button that says "Add to Queue." The movie will then be added to your Queue.

The movie that is at the top of your Queue (#1 on your list) will be automatically shipped to you. Movies from Netflix come in big red envelopes. Inside the envelope is a smaller envelope, and inside the smaller envelope is your movie.

When you are ready to send the movie back, you put it back in the smaller envelope, and put the smaller envelope inside the big red envelope. The big red envelope is designed so that you can reseal it and mail it back securely.

You put the movie in the mailbox, and you wait. Three to five days later, you will receive the next movie on your Queue.

Your Queue can be reshuffled or reordered however you wish. For example, say the movie on the top of your list is Reservoir Dogs. But say you change your mind, and you decide you'd rather rent the Wizard of Oz instead. As long as Reservoir Dogs has not been mailed out to you yet, you can move the Wizard of Oz to the top of your Queue, and rent that instead.

They also have an Instant Watching feature. Some movies -- not all of them -- are available for Instant Watching. You can watch them on your computer, on the Netflix website. They even give you a separate Queue for Instant Watching. This feature is available at NO additional cost.

If a movie is available for Instant Watching, there will be two options available: "Add to Queue" or "Add to Instant Watching Queue."

You can't rent Video Games on Netflix, but you can rent them from Blockbuster online if that's helpful. :)
