How do you get omega shenron on dbz budokai 3?

First you have to beat the GT Saga in story mode, then he'll randomly be summoned when you gather the Dragon Balls.

What you do is once you have the Dragon Balls, save your game. Then summon the Dragon, and if you don't get the one you want, wish for stuff anyway but don't save. When you get back to the main menu, load your save game and try again
Which dragon shows up is completely random. But if you want to make sure you get the one you want, save right before you summon the dragon. If green shenron or porunga come out just reset your PS2 and summon the dragon again. Keep doing this until you get the one you want.

You go into goku's 2nd or 3rd du before your last battle with buu don't go to it instead fly around it and when you get to a ??? it will be supreme Kai and he tells you that he senses a stronger power level than majin buu's and then go to the red dot it will be broly defeat him then goku will find a paper falling from the sky then go to the red dot and you should have to fight uub then you should go to the last red dot fight omega shenron and unlock him

you cant trust me I've have beating all of the dbz games and the highest is ssj4 but on dbz ultimate tenkaichi you can go ssj5

use the dragonballs and hope its the red shenron if its not hit the reset button and try again
