How do you get Bret hart in smackdown vs raw 2010?

You'd have to create him in create a superstar mode, or download him from the game's online community creations. Otherwise you can't have Bret Hart in the game, because he is not a character and you can't unlock him to be a character.

You can't unlock him. You have to buy the hitman edition of svr 11 to be able to play as Bret Hart.
