Flexibility comes with time, unfortunately not all of us are born with double jointed spines so the best way to work on back flexibility is with daily stretches. A good one is to simply do a 'crab' or 'bridge' position. (this is best from standing but when learning you can stand with you back facing a wall and use your hands to walk downwards' you then can rock backwards and forwards and lean as far in each direction you can without falling over, this stretches your back. Another good on to stretch the muscles in the sides of you body (this allows looser movements when bending) is to stand on one leg, grab the other foot with the same arm and stretch it up to the side, (you should turn your leg as you do this so that your foot comes above your knee so you end up making a kind of 'Y' shape). if you stretch everyday you should soon be able to bend a lot more than you can. x
