We do the early morning shifts
Heres my problem. Every day is a different starting time snd its extremely inconsistent. Eg. Monday 4.30am start tuesday might be 5.30. Wednesday might be 5. Thursday might be 5.30. Friday might be 5. Then the next week its all say 5.30 then all of a sudden they throw a 4.30 at us
What the hell is a sleeping pattern with all this going on? *bleh*
Ive been on this job for 5 years and still struggling. Any ideas?
