Harry was born 31st July 1980 so the period he lived in in the books is the 80s and 90s. The Battle of Hogwarts was in 1997 which is his last year of Hogwarts and then it goes 19 years into the future.
There are ALOT of people who are fans of Harry potter. I would say about 50,000 people. And I say about. Maybe more? Maybe less. Im a harry potter fan and those books are awseome!| |Spell awesome right.. seriously..And seeing that there is about 6.6 BILLION people in the world I think it's a bit more than 50,000!That's less than the amount of people in London..The books have sold over 450 million and have become the biggest franchise ever. It's huge in Britain (obviously), in the US, and all over the world.
