Make sure you are full on all recovery items.
If you mean the temple, its an easy run through, just go through the hall with the wall spikes and follow the path, light the fires by the door, go down the stairs and change your ring.
Hit the fans with the ring in this order:
1. Red
2. Yellow
3. Green
4. White
5. Blue
That will unlock the door.
Open it, then go back and save.
Then fight the Iapyx
All the attacks the Iapyx will make are fairly low so attack high, that will lower your chances of getting hit.
Weakness is earth so Genis helps here.
That is the best help I can give you with the Iapyx.
When you leave you will be stopped by the Resolute Assassin (Sheena) and her Guardian.
Defeat the Guardian first, it has pretty much no defence, and is weak against water attacks. So again Genis is a good person to have.
Once the Guardian is gone, Sheena will be easy.

In the floating city, Exire, in Tetha'alla. His seal (perhaps no seal, the specific place where he is) is beyond the top floor of the house with three floors. You have to find your way around the first house you see from the three floor room, you will find a long "road" to his place. Before you can actually talk to him and so on, you have to make a pact with the Spirits of Earth, Wind, Fire and Water and also Origin to prove your "ready". After this you are ready to make a pact with the Spirit that controls matter...
Wind Seal Fragments can be obtained by going to Ash and selecting Dracolich, and click Wind Temple. Complete the quest to obtain Wind Seal Fragments, there is also a shop there where they can be used to gain Wind Weapons.
Tales of Symphonia, with Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker are games that I don't really like. In my opinion the best games ever are either the new Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3, Halo3, or God of War 2. They're all pretty good.
you get from Ash, who's in falconreach, and nex to the inn. Go into Dracolith and there will be Wind Temple quest, where afterwards, you can get a wind seal.
