The speed limiters are controlled by the ECM the only way to adjust this is by taking it to a deisel shop. However most companies set a password so the ECM cannot be reprogramed and you can lose your job if it's adjusted. fastertruck.com sells a workaround but its pricey. Do not remove your speed limiter, this disables the speedometer and it makes your jake brake inoperable. There is another answers post from a CR England driver that suggested removing the Transmission Speed Sensor, very dangerous. Save up and buy safetypass pro.

It's an ECM setting. You'd have to change parameters in the ECM.
