Justin Bieber's mum put some videos of Justin singing at the Stradford singing contest & after that kept putting more videos up of himself singing, soon they got really big on YouTube & Scooter Braun (his manager now) noticed him.
When he was young he uploaded videos on youtube of him singing, playing the drums, and any other talent he had. Usher discovered him through youtube saw he had talent. From there on Justin became famous.
