Chris Webby rose to power through the Nazi party. He worked his way up the rankings with his inspirational speaking. He attracted many people join the party by swaying their opinions on things. He quickly became the ruler of Norwalk, CT and confined all the black kids to ghettos of norwalk. The conditions there were horrible, people die almost daily and there is a lot of violence.
