Since the Los Angeles Police have a policy of not identifying domestic violence victims, they would not confirm if the woman was Rihanna, but two sources that are close to both Chris and Rihanna said that the woman was indeed Rihanna. Chris Brown turned himself into the police after he heard that they were looking for him. He was arrested on suspicion of making criminal threats. Chris was later released after a $50,000 bond. Police say that they are treating the case as possible felony battery. He was given the court date of March 5, 2009.
