Ariel's sister Attina's fin got stuck between rocks so her mother Athena quickly helped free her, King Triton had just given Athena a music box and Athena loved it and swam to grab it before the pirates could get it. The pirate ship got closer and closer, the boat hit the rocks Athena was on, which ended up hitting her. King Triton and all the merpeople under water saw what happened for then on King Triton banned music from Atlantica
