look for any appearances she'll be making, like on a late-night show ( ie David Letterman,etc). depending where you live and how far you're willing to travel, she appears in NY alot and also in LA(Cali).
you could also try to find out where and when she will be filming and if she's in your town ( or if you are willing to travel far), you could try meeting her but i don't think you could get on set when she's actually filming. i know she signs and greets people alot outside in back or front of studios like david letterman etc. hope that helps :)
