Well, their last name gives it away obviously.
They are from the same clan.
The only difference between them is the simple fact that
1) Uchiha Itachi & Sasuke are brothers.
2) Uchiha Madara & Izuna are brothers.
3) Whilst Uchiha Obito, is not a sibling of either.
So really, it is just the simple fact that they come from the same clan, that is all.

∙ 14y agoFirst things first; Obito is not related to any of them relationship-wise. Uchiha Madara is the puppet master and controls the destiny of Sasuke, Itachi, and Izuna. He is also Izuna's brother, best friend, and Rival. The same goes for Itachi and Sasuke. Itachi learned how to achieve the Mangekyou Sharigan from Madara, and Sasuke learned from itachi. And that is how the four are related other that by blood.

Sasuke and Obito?
Other than the bloodline Uchiha Sasuke and Uchiha Obito have no relation. Obito was born and died way before Sasuke was even born.
How did Obito survive?
Obito did survive, and it was revealed in chapter 599. The chapter features Obito when he was a kid and how he wanted to tell Rin that he loved her. However, Obito never got the chance. We do not know how Obito survived yet, but it all will be revealed next week. However there are many rumors:Theory 1: Zetsu found Obito dying, he saved him and attended his wounds. Obito's whole right arm was crushed, so Zetsu used his white substances to repair Obito's arm. Not only Obito's arm, but his whole body. After Obito was healed, he planned to go back, but somehow he must have been brainwashed by Zetsu before leaving, or Obito got the news that Rin died and trained hard to activate his Uchiha power to avenge the world, and create a world where no one will cry infront of graves. Throughout Obito's training he started wearing the ''mask'', and carried on all his schemes as Tobi. Obito had Zetsu's power as well, which changes his form and height. Obito's height would have changed dramatically from 154.2 cm to 175.0 cm. It was around this time that Obito mastered space-time ninjutsu, which is his special technique. Obito is one of the gifted Uchiha who can use the special space-time ninjutsu sharingan. Obito, however did not have all the power he needs with just one eye. Obito and Zetsu were close friends. They were one of the two who know each other the most. It was around this time that Obito led the nine tailed fox attack on the hidden leaf village. A good team for a Genin to use in Naruto Arena is Zaku, Temari, and Ten-Ten. They are basically all range types but they have very powerful attacks. It's hard to make up a strategy for this type of team because its almost common-sense and also, it depends on which type of energy you get. Another one is Sasuke, Obito, and Rin. Activate Sasuke's sharigan on whatever opponent you think is the hardest to beat. If you can't, then stall till you can by using Obito's sharigan, Obito's stab, Rin's healing etc. Then just use Sasuke and Obito on that opponent. More specifically, use Sasuke's Chidori or Lion Combo, whatever you can. Also, you can use Obito's piercing stab. Remember to focus on your teammate's health. Use Rin to heal.
