    • In 1986 - "Artie Shaw: Time Is All You've Got" and "Down and Out in America"
  • The 1994 nominees "Franz Kafka's It's a Wonderful Life" and "Trevor" won the Best Short Film (Live Action) award.
  • Most recently, there was a tie for the 2012 Sound Editing Oscar. "Skyfall" and "Zero Dark Thirty" shared the award.
