Yes, Moonio is a electroindiepop band from Finland.
Moonio is also the name of an artist specializing in Judaica. I have two copper etchings he (she?) did of Rabbinical scenes, but I can't find anything more out about the artist.
I also have two copper etchings by Moonio. They are both of flowers. I also have another copper etching by Moonio of what seems to be a monk or scholar. I would like to know more about the artist if anyone has any information??????
My parents bought 2 Moonio copper etchings in the 1950's, which I now have. One depicts a scene from the story of Ruth and Naomi, the other is a large village or shtetl scene. I think they got these somewhere in Queens, NY--but not sure. I wonder if someone at the Jewish Museum would know something.
I have 2 copper art pieces also depicting farm scenes with horses and people with plows in fields. I think they belonged to my grandparents, who were from New York. I too, would love to know any history attached to this artist. I'm finding it interesting that we all seem to have pairs.
Wayne Wade a reggae artist was the first I heard sing it. Not sure wade is the original - check Motown artist for the original. Lobo has recently covered it. It was Lobo back in 1973
I dont think anyone knows if eminem really killed anyone. He does sing about some dark stuff about death and his bad up bringing, but I really doubt he has ever killed someone! I really like eminem allot and I've never heard of him killing ANYONE! I'm not completely sure, but I really think people would have heard about it if he had.
How does anyone know? He has been married for almost 30 years with 2 children. More importantly, why would anyone care? He has had a long career, successful marriage and contributed to many charitable organizations. Every single thing I've ever heard or read about him indicates he is a great guy.
