Well, in Cardcaptor, no.
In Tsubasa Reservoir Chronicles, the clone disappears, but the real is still alive.

Old Answer-what do you mean like how they have the same name as in cardcaptor its because they are supposed to be a different dimension and syaoran(the real one) is the sakura and syaoran from cardcaptors sonTechnically this is a bad answer because if this person read the manga then they would have known that Cardcaptors Syaoran and Sakura are not the real "Syaoran's" parents. His real parent are the clones Syaoran and Sakura :0. The real "Syaoran" took his father's name. But it does get confusing because that means the clone Syaoran's other self is HIS SON!!! But no one is sure why they have the same name but I think Clamp wanted more drama.Hope this answered your question!PS This was not to insult the former person.PSS Cardcaptor Sakura was in the Tsubasa manga.
Basically, the Syaoran of the first 2 thirds of the series is a clone of the real Syaoran, created by Fei Wong Reed in order to bring him the feathers. You may recall a boy in a case like thing filled with a water like substance with bubbles floating in it. That is the real Syaoran. The clone was meant to collect all the feathers, killing anything and everything that got in it's way. In order to prevent uneccesery hardship, the real Syaoran tore out his left eye and placed it in the right eye socket of the clone while he was being created, and the real Syaoran was being trapped in the case. This gave the clone part of the real Syaoran's heart, and also allowed the real Syaoran to see everything that happened to the clone, and control it's actions, movements, and emotions. The clone never loved Sakura, but rather the real Syaoran loved Sakura through the clone. This is better explained in the manga. it's episode ........................................................................................................................................................................................................................................i don't know
Yes; in both the manga and anime. In one of the episodes; I believe in the second season in 40's ep. Sakura falls down an elevator at tokyo tower; but uses FLOAT to get back up. When she gets up; Syaoran holds her tight and hugs her until the elvator door opens. In the manga and anime; Sakura is sitting on a swing next to Syaoran; and after Sakura tells Syaoran about her problems; you just see Syaoran and Sakura hug eachother. Lastly, in the final movie and final scene of the entire series, Sakura yells "I LOVE YOU!" and jumps into his arms.
For Syaoran the clone has one of Fai's blue eyes, so they eye shade/color should be different.
