1. Vic Morrow, Renee Chen, and My-ca Dinh Le were killed during the making of "Twilight Zone: The Movie" (1983). While filming a Vietnam battle sequence involving a helicopter, Morrow was carrying the two children. An SFX explosion sent the helicopter down on top of them, killing all three instantly. Renee Chen and My-ca Dinh Le were not officially part of the cast, and their parents were paid in cash. The director, associate producer, production manager, special effects coordinator, and pilot were charged with involuntary manslaughter. They were found not guilty. 2. Brandon Lee was killed during the making of "The Crow" (1994). A blank from a prop gun shattered his spine.
Usually nobody dies in the making of any movie, Horror or not. Unless there is some freak accident (for example, Brandon Lee was accidentally shot to death during the making of The Crow), or unless there is a murder on the set, no one dies during the filming of a movie.
No movie has ever depicted an actual death on screen. A human death, anyway (real animals were murdered in the making of Cannibal Holocaust...which is why I cannot bring myself to watch that film).

Yes, the question "What is your favorite horror movie" is biased because it assumes the respondent has watched horror movies and has a favorite among them. It may not be suitable for someone who does not enjoy or watch horror films.
Patric Moses is a ten year old horror movie freak. By the way I think he's seen every horror movie ever made!!
Halloween 3: Season of the Witch.
Trilogy means 3, so every horror movie trilogy will have three movies in it. Therefor one trilogy cannot be larger than another.
I don't know but I was hoping if someone can confirm that a scene in the movie " The Truth About Cats & Dogs" was filmed there?
