There was that time where Naruto uses a justu to turn in to Saskue and try to kiss Sakura, but he had diarrhea right when they were about to kiss and had to run off to the restroom. But that was Naruto and not Saskue. I don't think Naruto ever kisses Sakura either. Despite the episode or chapter where Sakura says she loves Naruto, that was only to stop him from chasing Saskue and getting hurt. Sakura always loved Saskue. You are talking about the Naruto manga/anime series, right?

Deidera killed himself using an explosive C2 clay jutsu in an attempt to kill Saskue Uchiha. His obsession with his "art" (C2 clay jutsu) was his own demise. As he was fighting, Saskue mocked Deidera saying the continous fight was useless because saskue would win any way. Out of anger Deidera took his strongest clay jutsu and blew up the entire area where the fight was held blowing himself up in the process but saskue escaped using a jutsu which quickly warped him out of the area, continuing on his quest which started the fight. He was searching for the murderer of his clan, his brother Itachi Uchiha. They would soon fight to the death and in the end Itachi would die as part of Itachi's master plan to ptotect Saskue.
