Yes! Of course she does! In the earlier episodes she tries to kill Kagome because she loves Inuyasha! Kikyo may never admit it, but she still has feelings for Inuyasha, and Inuyasha loves her back.

∙ 13y agoNow that is a very silly question. Of course the fool still loves her... he can't stop thinking about her... unfortunately, might I add for us InuYasha + Kagome fans... InuYasha has already announced that he would go to the depths of Hell with Kikyo if that's what she wished him to do, so it's very clear that he still has feelings for her.
