Does everyone die in Dawn of the Dead?

No not everyone dies in dawn of the dead! well not really, at the end you see Kenneth,Ana,one of the mall security(not CJ), and the young girl that they save from the truck get off a boat on an island and Chips(the dog) runs off, which attracts Zombies and you see the guy with the cam put it down and then a zombie bites him and falls over, so i guess everyone dies.

Kinda, the people who got off the plane were: Alex,clear, billy, terry, carter, Tod,and ms.Lewton. first Tod dies,he slipped in the tub and the shower wire choked him to death. Then terry dies she got hit by a bus while accusing Alex of being crazy, then ms.Lewton dies, glass cut her neck, then knife stabs her in chest then her house blows up before Alex saves her. by the way ms.Lewton went through hell! then billy died. carter was supposed to die, but Alex pulled him out of the car right before the train hit the car while stuck on the tracks. billy was yelling at carter because he didn't die. but a piece of metal from the car flew at billy and sliced 1/2 of his head off.then finally carter dies. he saved Alex from a sign but the sign swung back and hit carter. Alex survived the first film. but between number 1 and 2 a stray brick hit him in the face while him and clear were down an alley is dead body fell next to horrified clear the store lady heard the screams of clear. clear was in number 2 also, but she got incinerated during a oxygen explosion killing her and Eugene dickens that she was trying to save. she was going to appear in final destination 3 but she had been called to another movie so she signed off.
