Cad Bane's fate hasn't been revealed yet. But personally, I hope he does because I hold a deep grudge against him for him nearly killing Anakin and Ahsoka in front of each other's eyes.

on the seoson 3 trailer cad bane shoots his gun at asoka and asoka hits it with lightsaber and hits him,but dosent die then later asoka chokes him not sure if he dies
