Yes, the members of Green Day much in to drugs but not illegal drugs, as shown in many lyrics of their songs. It is unclear as to whether or not all members of the band do drugs now. However, Billie Joe Armstrong, Green Day's lead vocalist, claims that he stopped abusing drugs after his first son was born.

Maynard did say in an interview he did too much acid in high school, and a lot of their songs are drug referenced. I'm gonna say... Yes!
But they meditate and do weird shaman stuff too. Yeah definitely, they do a lot of entheogens for self reflection and inspiration to improve their lives and their musical abilities
there is no way of knowing for sure unless they were caught doing them or the were tried with D.U.I. or something like that. Me, personally would think that they would do drugs, just because of the time that they were famous, drugs were pretty popular. Also, most bands do wind up doing drugs, (I don't know why) but a whole lot of bands have either been caught doing drugs or tried for it.
I think so because just watch the video on YouTube of B.Y.O.B and look at their eyes they are huge and sometimes it gets like that when someone is on methamphetamine.
