From an interview with Rolling Stone he stated that he doesn't look at Kerry's music like it offends him. He looks for music that will consistently anger and entice the crowd. Many songs are also written about murderers like Dead Skin Mask. The infamous Reign In Blood was written with the Holocaust in mind.
