Does Regina know she is the evil queen on Once Upon a Time?

Yes she is aware of that especially just this last episode on Dec 11, 2011 where she killed the Sheriff aka the Huntsman by squeezing his heart that she took from him in fairyland long ago. For a moment it didn't seem that she didn't know because she was so convince that Henry (her adopted son) was going crazy about the fairytale stories. But there are other scenes that gives you a hint that she knows. Now I'm just rambling on, but Rumpelstiltskin definitely knows who he is and everyone else.
