Are you crazy? Of course not! They do care about each other, but not much to make their bond an actual love relation!

Their relationship is more of a father-daughter thing than a weird pedofile creepy thingy. Also, Anakin is in love with Padme. He said it himself, he loves her very much and wouldn't know what to do without her.
