Personally I'm a MikuxKaito support and always intend to be because of how compatible the two voices are and the characteristics of both vocaloids. Meiko is defo also a big deal to me, but she doesn't seem as compatible as Miku. Also there seems more proof of a "relationship" between Miku and Kaito. It depends on how you want to see it. But personally, I have never felt so dedicated to a fandom as I do to the pairing of Miku and Kaito, especially after listening to "Last Night Good Night" a few years ago. It was beautiful and I want it played at my wedding because their voices are so gorgeous. Hope I helped.

He loved Luchia from the beginning. You see on some of the last few episodes of season 1 it was shown/told that Kaito had to erase his memories of Luchia and the others, in order for Mikeru not get information about them from his memories. It is told more clearly on season 2 episode 35 or 36.
