Justin gets too much fan mail to reply to personally. He will try to answer as much as he can, but you can imagine with several sacks of mail arriving every day, it's just not possible. His agents check and filter the mail before passing to his family, but with Justin's busy schedule, he just hasn't the time to answer it all. On occasion, when he does personally reply, it can take up to several months. Justin does appreciate all the kind wishes and mail from his fans, though.
