No, I have not been naked at any concert. They usually escort you out if you are. So I suggest never go down that road, you'll miss out on the concert you paid for and can be charged with a felony!
Yes. If you burn down houses, you can end up being in prison. If you commit arson, you can go to jail or to prison. Burning down buildings is a felony. There can be added charges if someone is hurt or killed because of the fire.
Tommy Chong has been arrested only once. Until the age of 65, the actor had never had such an encounter with authorities. He ended up pulling 6 months of a 9 month sentence for a felony conviction.
Only if your state happens to be one of the states that restores your firearms privileges along with expungement.
No. Any felony precludes a person from obtaining a weapons permit.
There is no monetary fine (like for a traffic ticket) for a weapons charge, you will get a jail sentence.
The way the question reads is that you were charged with felony offenses that you allegedly committed while you were carrying a concealed weapon at the time. Because the fact that the felony offenses were dropped does not negate the fact that you were carrying an unlawful firearm. That charge is still valid. It is quite possible that the felony effenses were dropped because the case for the concealed weapon was stronger and easier to prove.
No. One must have no prior convictions in order to obtain a concealed weapons permit. Check with state law enforcement as well.
The law in mainly the west coast states is that in order to carry a ASP you need to obtain a concealed weapons license. If you were to have one on you and fully extend it, it's a felony. If you have it but don't extend it they will arrest you or give you a fine of a minimum of 500$. If you are wanting to carry one I recommend you get you concealed weapons license.
No concealed carry permits are never available to felons.
Carrying a concealed firearm can be a felony unless you have a concealed weapons permit. I am told it is just about impossible to get a CCW permit in California. The applicable Penal Code sections are 12020 PC et seq. You can sift through them at: http://www.leginfo.ca.gov
yes
It depends on what the charge is. If it's a felony charge, you're not going to be able to. If it's a misdemeanor charge (for example, in NC, carrying a concealed handgun without a permit is a misdemeanor offence the first time), then you'll still be able to purchase firearms.
I assume you mean concealed. Not without a permit.
If the charge was a felony offense, you cannot legally ever own or possess a firearm. If the charge was a misdemeanor, you can apply to your state for a CCW permit. Your state will make the determination.
