Yes, they do. The last episode is when Daniel asks Betty on a date, and they take it slow, but it was definitely a date romantically. Fans of Ugly Betty unfortunately feel that the ending did not sufficiently show the true love between Daniel and Betty. I agree ;) . They should have kissed. Good question.
