Yes Tenma does fall in love with Harima you'd have to pay attention really closely to her because shes an idiot its going to be hard to figure it out but yes after some time she does fall in love with him.

∙ 13y agoWell actually in season 3 episode 2 (there are only two at the moment and only in Japanese) Karasuma is moving to America and Harima still loves Tenma but can't tell her and he takes Tenma to the airport to let her go see Karasuma off to America but on the way Harima talks to himself and admits he likes Tenma when she is right behind him so she hears him but acts like she didn't hear him. At the airport they talk about who Harima likes and he describes her and she asks him why does he like that type of girl, then they leave and they say goodbye with Harima not knowing that Tenma knows he likes her. Tenma goes to America and finds out Karasuma lost his memory about everything including Tenma but she still sticks with him. Harima runs away STILL not telling Tenma how he feels about her, then at the end of the episode the whole class 2-C joins together including Tenma and Karasuma. Then a pie fight happens and Harima shows up and saves Tenma from a pie then he tries to tell Tenma he loves her but Tenma lets him know that she has liked Harima too and the episode ends. So I don't know if they get together but I know they like each other now.
Actually, I hate to admit it, but I didn't exactly notice Tenma directly letting him know of that.

i don't think she does confess in a actually scene or episode, but in 3rd term episode 1, in the start they show she saying that she loves him, but i did research every where, but still no follow ups on the episode where that part is. To my belief i think it was in the middle of 2nd and 3rd semester, but they never made the episode for it, cause they probably didn't know how to make harima to respond to her confess so they left it out and leaving with millions with confusion and startled watchers and fans, and also the moment when harima handcuffs yakumo to save her and they almosted kissed, but hey, i don't know if they did or didn't, but they never made a scene of that ether, if i was the makers of School Rumble i would have completed the episodes and made the fans happy, cause when i watched School Rumble there was alot of emotions every time i watched a scene. -Hope this helps some of you, if u got any info or comments, i would love to see what you thought the story should have turned out. -love you all lots
