Yes.
Hogwarts was evacuated and every student under the age of seventeen was supposed to leave along with anybody who didn't wish to fight. It would seem the majority of people over seventeen stayed and that many under that age sneaked back in.
However it is hard to tell exactly how many students at Hogwarts died. Colin Creevy is the only confirmed person who was still in attendance at Hogwarts. Harry said there was fifty others who he didn't recognise so it's highly possible that several of them were Hogwarts students but unlikely that any of them were in their final year (seventeen or eighteen therefore allowed to be there) as Harry would have known them even if not by name by face. It is also likely that there were more than the fifty Harry saw as bodies were still to be recovered. However none of the unnamed people will be people Harry knew.

Former staff member Remus Lupin and Alastor 'Mad-Eye' Moody (who never actually got around to teaching) also died.
There is no janitor in Harry Potter at any time.
Ok, so Ginny Potter is a FICTIONAL CHARACTER, she lives at the Burrow in a fictional book, and could be found at Hogwarts, if of course any of that existed. If you're looking for Bonnie Wright who PLAYS Ginny Potter in the Harry Potter movies, then head to England and you'll be on the right track.
No, owls cannot talk. Even in Harry Potter.
Well before you go through platform 11 3/4. I think it is (or any other secret passage to get to the magical word) Harry Potter lives in England! If you mean the name of the magical world there really isn't any each place has it's own name like a city. So it takes place in Hogwarts!
Celia Imrie does not appear in any of the Harry Potter films
