It is possible that Naruto and Hinata will kiss in Shippuden (in the future, that is...).

However I think the fact that Hinata told naruto she love's him in manga chapter 437 makes a relationship even more likely but taking into account that naruto may still have feelings for Sakura, I'm sure the producers will pair up naruto and hinata when they run out of storyline ideas and i think that from the comments the public is giving them it seems likely.

Yes, there is one episode that Naruto kisses Hinata, but then later he kisses Sakura and realizes he loves Sakura more.
It is not currently known as the manga/anime hasn't yet finished. So far, it seems there is a 50-50% chance on this. Hinata has shown feelings for Naruto when Pain is fighting Naruto. She tries to defend Naruto but Pain simply attacks her. Naruto, believing Hinata to be dead transforms into 8-Tails.

They haven't kissed but in the newest volume she finally told Naruto she loved him. This can be read at onemanga.com under Naruto chapter 437.

However there are many moments were they nearly do (by accident) and Naruto has seen Hinata naked but it was to dark for him to notice who it was but that's it.

Naruto and Hinata never came close of kissing, and Naruto only "seen" Hinata naked in filler, never happened in the manga.
