No. However, in the Kyou OVA, Tomoya kisses Ryou and Kyou.
*improved* Actually. The whole point of the story is that, they show so much love for each other without something like a kiss. It's very symbolic actually. To have a love so amazing, it doesn't need to show that they need to kiss to prove it.

Yes, he does. And later on they get married and Nagisa gives birth to Ushio, but don't worry she doesn't die from givng birth! Well, I think I've given enough spoilers to last a week. Lol.

Sorry my friend but that's wrong. Well right up to the point where you say she doesnt die. Which she does. And to answer the actual question... :/ there's a special episode in the after story, showing what things would've have been like for him and tomoyo. And I think they would've honestly made the best couple. But just an opinion non the less. Also there's the same type of episode for him and Kyou.

Yes, She marries him in the Clannad After Story arc. They have a daughter named Ushio.

Yes they do, but it's not actually shown. On the next season, called Clannad: After Story, they marry and Nagisa even gets pregnant. And no theres not a single kiss or sex scene.
