I think I can answer this now. Halle has smaller bones than Kerry, although Kerry is stick thin from dieting and less curvy than Halle. Halle has smaller face, hands, smaller waist, smaller feet , because she is naturally petite. Kerry is bigger boned but appears smaller because of her proportions (her head compared to her body). That should explain it. Genetics, period.

Because of genes stupid. Most black women like Kerry, Rihanna, and Beyonce have big feet, unless they're biracial like Mya Harrison, Alicia Keys or Halle Berry who wear size 7, 6.5, and smaller (and not trying to force their foot into a size 7 ... like Kerry or Beyonce). However some white and latin women have huge feet too (Jennifer Lopez, 8.5 and Angelina Jolie 9).

Yes for the most part I think Black girls tend to have a bigger shoe size than Biracial girls. I think it's bone structure, biracial girls run on the petite side, though they can be pretty curvy.

But, Chances are, some do and some don't. There are black women with petite feet (7.0 and under). I think it's inherited. But there's probably some truth to that question.
