As the series doesn't cover that far into future, we don't know for sure. In Harry Potter and the Cursed Child it is revealed that Albus Severus Potter is not good at flying.

However it's hard to believe that none of his children found a love for Quidditch given their family background. Their mother played professionally then spent the rest of her life reporting on Quidditch. J.K. Rowling released much information about the 2014 Quidditch World Cup, one article (written by Rita Skeeter) showed the whole family watching the match.

James Sirius Potter appears to be similar to his namesake, James Potter, and uncles Fred and George Weasley - all of whom played Quidditch.

They're houses remain unknown, we only saw them in the epilogue.

James Sirius Potter wasn't in Slytherin, and was probably in Gryffindor based on the little we saw of him. Albus Severus hadn't been sorted yet and Lily Luna was too young to attend Hogwarts.

James Sirius Potter was in Gryffindor but it is unknown what house Albus Severus Potter and Lily Luna Potter were in. It is likely they were Gryffindor but nothing was definite.
