sasukelover21- this answer is partly true. orochimaru does die. but he doesn't die in the first place. it is a long story. first of all, sasuke absorbed oroachimaru. many people say that he died. but he did not! sasuke absorbed him. during the battle with itachi, sasuke had such low energy that orochimaru escaped. snakes come out of sasuke's back. itachi is in some sort of shield, it is red and has a sword and a shield. it cuts off all of it's heads except one. the remaining head of the snake opens it's mouth and orochimaru comes out of it. he says that thanks to you, sasuke is weak and i can now take over his body. that makes itachi mad, so he seals orochimaru away. but he isn't dead. itachi has this thing called black fire. this is hen itachi opens one eyes, and it bleeds. this happens for the mangekyo sharingan. this creates black fire. black fire cannot be put out until what it's burning it completely destroyed. black fire can burn water, and put out other fire. at the end of the battle, oroahcimaru turns into a small snake. but as he does, some of the black fire catches onto the snake, and burns it completely. this is when oroachiamru dies for real. i have seen the epsidoe so this is completely true.

Oh, dude, did Orochimaru die? Well, technically, he's like a snake, right? So, he's kind of immortal in a weird, creepy way. I mean, he's been defeated and sealed away a bunch of times, but he always manages to slither his way back somehow. So, yeah, he's like that annoying villain that just won't stay dead.

yes he does die after he reveals his true form sasuke kills him in his hideout but he comes back alive when sasuke is fighting Itachi inside a snake jutsu, this happened because sasuke ran out of jutsu so orochimaru's was unleashed but itachi sealed him away forever.Oh and sasuke won itachi is now dead.

Orochimaru cheats death once again.

First off Sasuke defeated Orochimaru (don't let that get to your head though, he was weak, very weak, the three years were almost up, so Sasuke had a major upperhand.) Back on topic now, after Sasuke defeated Orochimaru he actually absorbed Orochimaru and gained all his powers. Their is more to it in the manga though.

Sasuke was facing Itachi, Itachi (purpously) got Sasuke to zero chakra, leaving Orochimaru open to try and take over Sasuke's body, although Itachi's Susanoo hit Orochimaru sending him to a eternal genjutsu forever.

Though Kabuto put Orochimaru's body inside his own body, making Orochimaru, infact, alive once more, if he sucessfully takes over Kabuto's body, Orochimaru had already took over 1/3rd of Kabuto's body at that time. My bet is Kabuto is going bye bye, and Orochimaru comes back.
