I read on some spoilers that Jake asks Miley to marry him, after she learns that she is pregnant. It is part of pregnancy prevention day. Nickelodeon is doing something similar, with Nick News, the topic being pregnancy prevention. But after Miley thinks about whether or not to marry him, she finds out she really isn't pregnant, and her and Jake are stronger than ever, and yes he will be in every episode. Hope this helps.

on the show they went on and off dating. on the latest one where they are dating, the 1 hour special titled "he could be the one", miley and Jake were dating behind billy ray';s back for 3 months. then, as the show progresses, you had two days. then in the episode where Jake tries to get miley back by falling from the sky and is successful, it is about a month before Jake cant be normal, miley breaks up with him, then Jake starts going out with Selena Gomez (mikala in the show) and does a movie with her. then miley gets jealous and Jake gets mad. miley tries to fire mikala and then Jake, mikala, and miley make up. Jake breaks up with mikala. then Jake pretends to get married to Tracy(the one with the disgusting, nasaly voice) and then miley is mad when she finds out shes been punked. that then brings Jake and miley closer leading us right up to the "he could be the one" episode. so really, their on and off dating adds up to about 4 months and 2 weeks.... hope i helped you!
