let's see... the only time I've read jun ever got plastic surgery was for his back, which resulted from when he was in an accident in 2nd grade. apparently, the bone in his back was showing so he had to have surgery to help the skin heal. in my opinion, it's just re-constructive surgery that didn't even touch his appearance now.
