Not likely. For the entire run of I Dream of Jeannie on NBC, Elizabeth Montgomery's show Bewitched was on rival network ABC. The shows shared the same theme of a woman with magical powers. Samantha Stevens was a witch, while Jeannie was a genie. Mrs. Bellows (the doctor's wife) on I Dream of Jeannie was played by Emmaline Henry, who has some similarity to Elizabeth Montgomery.
