The title of that hit song is "There'll Never Be". Bobby DeBarge popularized it first; since Bobby's death, his younger brother El DeBarge - who has a similar-sounding sweet falsetto voice - has since reprised it.

You can enjoy both brothers' renditions on YouTube.

FYI, I've read that Bobby wrote that song for his lover at that time, LaToya Jackson. I LOVE that jam, but am always saddened by it, as it reminds me of the tragic toll that drugs took on Bobby DeBarge (who was already in the throes of drug-addiction when performing the song, and whose death was drug-related) and on his siblings, many of whom are struggling with drug addiction, as well.

I hope the additional info isn't too much of a downer. Years ago, I had trouble keeping track of which DeBarge brother was which. However, I've recently read a lot about them and have seen multiple tv interviews featuring various members of their family, including an episode with Dr. Drew, on which they sought his help to get/stay sober.
