No. Atleast, not from any episode I've ever seen or have ever heard about. Otis and Abby have never kissed - unless you count their miniature clones, then yes, that would count. Other than that it's a no. They only told each other that they liked one another in one of their movie episodes. I just wish they'd get it over with and kiss. I mean it's obvious they love each other! Any man - or cow - can see that!!
