Not by the end of the anime no. Wikipedia got it a bit mixed up when they were describing the number of episodes. there is a 9 episode anime. Episodes 1-3 make up OVA 1, episodes 4-6 make up OVA 2 and episodes 7-9 make up OVA 3 (also known as Munto: the Film - go to YouTube). The manga (which I haven't read) is apparently ongoing so hopefully they get together by the end of the manga.
