He never had friends, just his family and other celebrities, so he never learned about friendship either, and didn't have lot of friends.. His father was cruel to him too, and made Michael Jackson scared of him, and since he was so afraid of his father, and that he got forced to rehearse all the time by him, he lost his childhood.
